Do I need to give Ricorda access to my Google account?
No. You give Ricorda your Google review link during setup (takes 2 minutes). Ricorda doesn't need access to your Google account — it just sends customers a direct link to your review page.
What if I have multiple service areas?
If you have one Google Business Profile, one Ricorda account covers it. If you have separate Google profiles for different service areas, contact us — we can discuss how to handle that.
Can I see which customers have reviewed?
Ricorda monitors your Google Business Profile and tracks when reviews come in. On the Plus plan, you receive an SMS notification when a new review is posted.
How soon after a job should I trigger the review request?
